The Chronicle of culture and law's site has demanded several weeks of intense work, but this project is the culmination of over ten years of sustained efforts. I've worked on this project all by myself and funded it entirely out of my pocket. I wrote all the texts published on the site and entered all the references drawn from my own readings and research in the database. And I didn't mention yet the hours devoted to the design of the various sites published over the years, a design that is the result of the long and patient work of an amateur.

Establishing such a site and keeping it up to date bear costs related to software, equipment, domain names, hosting, etc. There's also the costs generated by thousands of hours of work over more than a decade. Visiting the site of the Chronicle of culture and law (hereinafter the Site) and using its information and documents, including graphic elements, are governed by the Terms of Use set forth below. A person who registers to the Site is deemed to be designated by the term “User” in these Terms of Use.

The Site, which has been created in February 2001, is published under the responsibility of Louis-Philippe Gratton.

It is operated under the name Chronicle of law and culture in Toulouse, in the Department of Haute-Garnonne, in France.

It is hosted by Kreativ Media GmbH, Zollikerstrasse 4, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland.

The publication aims are primarily scientific and educational.
